We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Data on the devices we buy

When you sell us a device, every phone we receive is factory reset and then wiped using professional, ADISA-standard data-erasure tools before it is resold or recycled. This permanently removes your photos, messages, accounts, and other personal data. We recommend you also sign out of your accounts and remove any SIM or memory card before handover.

How we protect your information

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. Access to customer details is limited to staff who need it to complete your sale.

Disclosure to third parties

We may share limited information with service providers who help us operate (for example, payment or messaging tools), and where required by law. We do not otherwise disclose your information to third parties.
